Privacy policy

Last updated 8 November 2026

Deep Ops Studio ("we", "us") builds and runs client acquisition and operations automation for businesses. This policy explains what personal information we handle, why, and the choices you have. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where it applies, UK data protection law (UK GDPR and PECR).

If we contacted you by email

We may have emailed you because your role and business looked like a good fit for our services, or on behalf of a client offering services relevant to your role. To do this we use business contact details: your name, job title, company, work email address and publicly available information about your business (for example job ads, company websites, public ad libraries and business directories).

We collect these from public sources and from business data providers. We only use them to contact you about services relevant to your professional role.

  • Opting out: reply "unsubscribe" or "not interested" to any email, or write to con@deepops.studio. We will stop contacting you and add your address to a suppression list so you are not contacted again, by us or in campaigns we run for clients.
  • We do not sell your information.

If you use this website or book a call

  • Booking a call: bookings are handled by Calendly. The details you enter (such as your name, email and answers to booking questions) are collected by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call. See Calendly's privacy notice.
  • Hosting and fonts: this site is hosted by Netlify and uses Google Fonts. Like any web request, these services receive your IP address and browser details in order to deliver the page.
  • Cookies: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The Calendly booking widget may set cookies needed for it to work.

If you are a client

When we build or run systems for you, we handle personal information (for example prospect lists, CRM records and inbox data) on your behalf and only on your instructions, under our agreement with you. We use access controls, keep credentials out of shared documents, and remove access when an engagement ends.

Where information is stored

We use reputable software providers (for example email, CRM, automation and data tools). Some of them store data outside Australia and the UK, including in the United States and the European Union. We choose providers with appropriate security and contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep prospecting data only while it is useful for outreach, and suppression records indefinitely so that opt-outs are honoured. Client data is kept for the length of the engagement and then returned or deleted as agreed.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing con@deepops.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
